A highly anticipated film in recent times, the upcoming Bollywood biopic, PM Narendra Modi, based on the life of the 14th and current Prime Minister of India, will see actor Vivek Oberoi portraying Narendra Modi.
Directed by Omung Kumar of Mary Kom and Sarbjit fame, PM Narendra Modi has been produced Legend Global Studio with Suresh Oberoi, Barkha Sengupta, Prashant Narayanan, Darshan Kumar, Boman Irani, Zarina Wahab, Manoj Joshi, Anjan Shrivastav, Karan Patel, Akshat R Saluja among others in starring roles.
Announced to hit screens on April 5, PM Narendra Modi has now gotten engulfed in a new controversy after acclaimed Bollywood lyricist and screenwriter, Javed Akhtar, shot back at the makers of the film for using his name on the film’s poster.
As per the PM Narendra Modi film’s poster, Javed Akhtar’s name has been included for writing the lyrics, which the National Award-winning poet has now outright denied.
