‘Thalaivar’ Rajinikanth’s latest film, Petta, directed by Karthik Subbaraj under the Sun Pictures banner with Anirudh Ravichander’s foot-tapping music has released worldwide starting today. A multi-starrer, the action entertainer also includes Simran, Trisha, ‘Makkal Selvan’ Vijay Sethupathi, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Bobby Simha, Mahendran, Malavika Mohanan, Sasikumar, Guru Somasundaram among others in starring roles.
With the film now out in theatres, an event unlike any in recent times took place early today morning outside a popular Chennai theatre where Rajinikanth fans got married. Reportedly organized by the members of the Rajini Makkal Mandram, Anbarasu, a hardcore fan of the ‘Superstar’ entered wedlock with his fiance Kamatchi at the screening of Petta.
This will no doubt be a unforgettable day for the couple as they will cherish this memory for their lifetime.
