Set for a grand Sankranthi release, the Pawan Kalyan starrer Agnyaathavaasi under director Trivikram Srinivas is one of the biggest films coming out in recent times in the Telugu film industry.

Produced under the Haarika & Hassine Creations banner and music by Anirudh Ravichander's music, Agnyaathavaasi stars Pawan Kalyan along with Keerthy Suresh and Anu Emmanuel as the female leads followed by Aadhi Pinisetty, Boman Irani, Kushboo, Parag Tyagi among others in supporting roles.

Meanwhile, Agnyaathavaasi is said to have run into an unexpected ordeal pertaining to its release in South Africa.

According to reports, the film's release is still under doubt in South Africa considering distributors there get to fix the rates at which a film will be bought. For example, if a film’s rights are priced at a worth of Rs. 1 crore, distributors in South Africa are agreeing to purchase them for 20 lakhs and this is causing big problems for the producers. If the amount fixed by the distributors aren’t agreed upon, then the distributors refuse to get the film released there.

It is quite well known that Telugu films usually receive a good response among audiences in South Africa and this latest development is a cause of concern for Pawan Kalyan’s fans.
