It is globally known that Dhanush had played the lead in the international film, The Extraordinary Journey Of The Fakir. The film was a hit in France, and received good reviews upon its release in May, 2018.
Earlier, the Tamil dubbed version of The Extraordinary Journey Of The Fakir was titled Vaazhkaiyai Thedi Naanum Poraen. And now, the makers of the film has picked rather a simpler title- Pakkiri.
The YNOTX, a subsidary of YNOT studios, went on Twitter that they are proud to be the distribution partner of Pakkiri. The movie is set to hit the silver screens worldwide on June 21. Check out their tweet!

The Extraordinary Journey Of The Fakir's music songs are composed by Amit Trivedi and score by Nicolas Errèra. The film is based on a book by a French author Romain Puértolas, and revolves around a street magician who goes to Paris.
