Actor Arun Vijay is on a roll after his major breakthrough performance in the film Yennai Arindhaal. Starring opposite Thala Ajith in the Gautham Menon directorial, Arun Vijay pulled of a thundering show pushing him to the limelight. Arun Vijay carried on in his success path with movies like Chekka Chivandha Vaanam and his recent hit Thadam. The star actor has some big projects like Agni Siragugal, Boxer, and the multilingual mega venture Saaho in the pipeline.
And now, Arun Vijay seems to have got tangled in a Twitter spat following a tweet that he postered on Friday. Arun Vijay posted an emoji on Friday afternoon and fans started to speculate that Arun Vijay has posted it to mock actor Sivakarthikeyan's Friday release Mr. Local which got mixed reviews from the fans. Supporters of both actor started to fill in and the spat got bigger.
Following the issue, Arun Vijay himslef came with a clarification tweet saying that the emoji he posted was about his new project that is going to be officially announced next week.
To recall, a similar incident happend last year when Arun Vijay posted a tweet targeting Sivakarthikeyan and his film Seemaraja. Arun Vijay later revealed that his account was hacked and he did not post the controversial tweet.
He also tweeted, "I've always respected talent and will continue to do so. I've never had and never need to demean a colleague. Kindly don't divide the healthy brotherhood we actors share"
