Actor Gopichand is known to Tamil cinema through his antagonist role in Jayam, directed by Mohan Raja. Unfortunately it was his first and last feature in the Tamil movie industry. But he has pretty much had a flourishing career in the Telugu movie industry and is often called as a Macho Star or Action Star. And his 25th film was Pantham in the year 2018. Sources close to us in the industry revealed to us that Gopichand has signed a Telugu movie with KJR Studios, who have produced movies in Tamil like, Aramm, Gulaebaghavali, and Airaa. They also have released Ajith's Viswasam.
This is the very first time that Kotapadi J Rajesh of KJR Studios is venturing into Telugu movie industry. Gopichand hadn't had a proper hit movie of late and is thriving for it and we hope KJR Studios bring back his lost charm. In fact his 2018 movie Aaradugula Bullet is remaining unreleased and the actual status of the movie is still unknown.
On the other hand, we have received an information from a resource that KJR Studios are in talks with Samantha for a horror sports movie. They are also producing Sivakarthikeyan's Hero and had their recent release, Thumbaa.
