The third season of Bigg Boss Tamil is progressing in the right path making some noise with its controversial content. On the other hand, the Telugu version of Bigg Boss 3 is also all set to begin soon with Nagarjuna Akkineni taking over as the host, replacing Nani. However, a new controversy about Bigg Boss Telugu has popped up and it has indeed come as a shocker for many. Popular journalist and YouTube fame Swetha Reddy has come out with an allegation against the makers of Bigg Boss Telugu stating that one of the members from the organisation team requested for sexual favours.

A case has been filed at the Banjara Hills Police Station against four people, from the team of Star Maa TV channel. The said channel had the official telecast rights of Bigg Boss Telugu. According to Swetha, she was approached to be a part of Bigg Boss 3 as a contestant and the talks apparently happened earlier this year, in March.

After discussing with her family, Swetha agreed to be a part, and that is when one of the members from the TV channel asked her what she could do to satisfy the boss. She was reportedly quoted as saying, "There are other female contestants also who have been approached inappropriately by the show organisers.

They have cheated and harassed me and I believe that it’s important I come out in the open and bring the issue to the notice of people. I would never want to go back to the show and in fact, such reality shows on television should be banned". Star MAA channel and the makers of Bigg Boss Telugu are yet to respond on this controversy.
