Superstar Mohanlal plays an intriguing character named Stephen Nedupapally in upcoming political drama, ‘Lucifer’. The movie marks noted actor Prithviraj's first directorial venture in Mollywood. Now the latest buzz is that leading playback singer and Padma Shri winner Usha Uthup will croon a song for the movie. The celebrated singer will sing titled “The Lucifer Anthem”.

The news was shared by the film's writer Murali Gopi. He also posted an image of Usha sharing a jovial moment with Prithviraj and her daughter and famous RJ Anjali Uthup Kurian.

"We have always been great admirers of the way she delivers a song, in a way only she can. So, it was a great thing for Raju, Deepak and me, when Usha Didi agreed to sing a song for ‘Lucifer’. Composed by Deepak Dev and written by me, the song is being titled “The Lucifer Anthem”," shared Murali on Facebook. Amid lot of expectations, Lucifer will be released on March 28 across Kerala.
