We have already reported that actress Jyothika has walked out of Vijay 61 due to date issues. The film is reuniting Vijay with director Atlee after the superhit Theri. Made on a whopping budget of Rs 100 Cr, the team has already finalised Vijay's Thupakki co-star Kajal Aggarwal as the leading lady. AR Rahman is the music director. The film also has a stupendous star cast which includes Samantha, SJ Suryah, Sathyaraj, Vadivelu, and Sathyan. GK Vishnu is the cinematographer, editing by Rubens, art by Muthuraj and stunt Anal Arasu. Now, we hear that the team has finalised Nithya Menen for the role.
