It is widely known Thalapathy Vijay will be collaborating with director Atlee for the third time post the tremendous success of back to back films, 'Theri' and 'Mersal'. The duo is all set to rock the screens once again this year. The project was officially launched a few months back and the fans are pumping with craze over this massive project. The film is touted to have a sports angle to it along with the mass family entertainer factor. This project has been the talk all day since it was officially announced that the project is all set to start rolling on the 21st of January. The film will star actress Nayanthara playing the female lead and will be joining hands with Vijay after a long gap of 10 years. Pariyerum Perumal fame actor Kathir is also roped in to play a crucial role in the film and comedian Yogi Babu and Vivekh will be playing supporting roles in this massive project produced by AGS.

We have now found a very intriguing fact about this project. Thalapathy Vijay's 2018 Diwali release Sarkar directed by AR Muragdoss officially kick-started the project with a small pooja on the 19th of January 2018 and principal photography began on the 20th of January 2018 and film released on Diwali 2018. Similarly, Thalapathy 63 will officially kick start with a small pooja which will be conducted tomorrow, 20th of January 2019 and principal photography will commence on the 21st of January 2019 and the project is scheduled to hit the big screens on Diwali 2019! Noticed the similar pattern here?

It is also to be noted that, the last 3 films of Vijay has been a Diwali release and the projects have begun during the month of December or January and the first look of the respective projects have been released on Thalapathy Vijay's birthday June 22nd. Can we expect this project to follow the same template? Is this all just a coincidence or do these dates actually mean something?  Sound interesting, doesn't it? We need to wait to officially know more, stay tuned!
