An exciting film in the making, Nerkonda Paarvai, ‘Thala’ Ajith’s 59th film is an official remake of the smash 2016 Bollywood hit, Pink, which had Amitabh Bachchan and Taapsee Pannu in the lead roles.
Being directed by H. Vinoth under Boney Kapoor’s Bayview Projects LLP banner, Nerkonda Paarvai includes music by Yuvan Shankar Raja and also stars Vidya Balan as the female lead followed by Shraddha Srinath, Rangaraj Pandey, Adhik Ravichandran, Arjun Chidambaram, Abhirami Venkatachalam, Andrea Tariang, Aswin Rao, Sujith Shankar and others in vital supporting roles.
Announced to come out in theatres on August 10, Ajith has now gotten a look change and has completely shed his thick and trimmed beard to go back to being clean-shaven. Check out the picture below taken at the film's shooting spot where the actor is seen posing for a photograph with a fan.
Ajith’s new look likely suggests the makers of Nerkonda Paarvai could be trying to give the actor an additional angle in the story as Amitabh Bachchan in Pink sported only a single look with a beard.
Whether there is going to be a side-plot being written for Ajith’s character in Nerkonda Paarvai remains to be seen as production is still underway and is taking place without any breaks with the clean-shaven look of ‘Thala’ leaving everyone quite excited.
