Meanwhile, reports have been rife stating that she walked out of the upcoming big budget Telugu period film, Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy, based on the life of Telugu freedom fighter Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy, which stars Chiranjeevi, Amitabh Bachchan, Vijay Sethupathi, Jagapathi Babu among others produced under Ram Charan’s Konidela Production Company banner and Surender Reddy’s direction.
Such rumors emerged as Nayanthara had not taken part in Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy’s first schedule. This in turn had led many to assume she had exited the project.
Regardless, all such doubts have now been dispelled as it has been confirmed that the 'Lady Superstar' still has an important role to play in the film. She is expected to join the team in February to start filming her portions.
