A film long in the making, the Nayanthara starrer, Imaikkaa Nodigal, was announced in May 2016 followed by production kicking-off around October the same year.
With the teaser and two tracks from the film leaving fans impressed, the talk surrounding the release date of the action thriller has been on everybody’s minds.
That being said, Cameo Films, the banner producing the film has now stated the audio is being planned for a grand launch by the second week of May followed by a massive mid-summer theatrical release.
For now, this Ajay Gnanamuthu-directorial, which also features Atharvaa and Raashi Khanna as the lead pair, Bollywood filmmaker Anurag Kashyap as the antagonist along with Hiphop Tamizha scoring the music is in its final stages of post-production.
It must be noted 'Makkal Selvan' Vijay Sethupathi too has a role in Imaikkaa Nodigal as he will be seen in an extended cameo.
