Nagarjuna had his hands tied down while shooting Thozha

Nagarjuna's role in his upccoming release Thozha is of a quadriplegic man whose body is paralyzed down the neck. In a recent interview, the actor shared his experience of working in the film. He had to emote with just speech and facial expressions. To avoid involuntary movement, he even had his hands tied down beneath his jacket for a few scenes. Thozha, an adaptation of The Intouchables, is based on the friendship between a wealthy disabled man and his care-taker. Starring Karthi, Tamannah and Nagarjuna, the film releases this weekend (on March 25th)
