Ivana debuted in Tamil cinema with Bala’s Naachiyaar which has Jyothika and GV Prakash Kumar and it was the ace director Bala who suggested Ivana, to change her name from Aleena Began. The actress had already acted in three Malayalam films before her fantastic debut as Arasi aka Kottaiarasi in Naachiyaar. Ever since her enthralling performance, Ivana’s next project was highly anticipated among the audience.
One of the upcoming interesting projects in Kollywood is director PS Mithran of Irumbhu Thirai fame’s SK15 with Sivakarthikeyan. The project bankrolled by 24 AM Studios and KJR Studios with Yuvan Shankar Raja composing the music has recently announced about its female lead.
Kalyani Priyadarshan daughter of Lissy and acclaimed director Priyadharshan will be marking her Tamil debut with SK15. The latest surprising fact is that the young talent Ivana is also joining the team, raising higher expectation about the movie. It is unknown whether Ivana will be playing second lead or a prominent supporting role in the movie. The movie is set to kick start it shooting soon.
