After giving steller performances in his previous movies like Iraivi, Spyder and Mersal, actor SJ Suriya is back with another intriging project titled Monster. The fantasy comedy film is written and directed by Nelson Venkatesan of Oru Naal Koothu fame and the flick is produced by Potential Studios. Along with SJ Surya the movie also features the ever gorgeous Priya Bhavani Shankar and Karunakaran in vital roles. Music for the movie is composed by Justin Prabhakaran.
Monster had huge expectation even from the title announcement and the teaser of the film gave the much needed push towards the release of the movie. With such hype, Monster hit the big screens worldwide on Friday (May 17th) in a grand manner. Positive word about the movie began to spread from the first show itself and the movie has been widely applauded by the fans and the critics for the bold attempt. With some good word of mouth, Monster is expected to have a successfull run at the theaters in the comiing week and can be added to the winners list this summer.
