At the Mohini press meet yesterday, Trisha in her speech stated, “Despite being a women-centric film, Mohini, which is primarily a horror film includes all pop commercial elements like romance and comedy, which have blended quite well together.”
Trisha then stated, “I play a double role in Mohini and the action in the film was quite challenging, which we all as a team worked exceptionally hard to get done without compromising on the quality at any point and will be seen in the upcoming days.”
In addition, Trisha was also given the title ‘Markandeyi’ by the press and media, which means the "unaging, ever youthful heroine" of Tamil cinema.
Trisha also tweeted today morning about the Mohini press meet thanking the Tamil press and media stating they have given her support throughout all these years.
