The last time we had seen iconic Malayalam actor Mohanlal in Tamil cinema was in the blockbuster, Jilla, alongside 'Thalapathy' Vijay.
Fast forward four years later and Mohanlal is all set to return to Tamil cinema once again in Suriya’s next tentatively being called Suriya 37.
To be directed by KV Anand under the Lyca Productions banner, Mohanlal’s addition to Suriya 37 is the first major casting announcement after the film’s lead star.
A five-time National Award winner, Mohanlal is at present still working non-stop in Malayalam cinema with filming at present taking place for his Odiyan and Kayamkulam Kochunni alongside Nivin Pauly.
