If there’s one film that had fans cracking up with its first look poster, that credit rightfully belongs to the upcoming satire, Tamizh Padam 2.0 being directed by C. S. Amudhan under the Y Not Studios banner.
Initially planned for a release this month, this Mirchi Shiva starrer had to be postponed amidst much disappointment.
Director Venkat Prabhu, on behalf of the makers a couple of days back released a hilarious statement citing the reasons to be the film requiring "huge amounts of visual effects that need to be completed".

In the meantime, Y Not Studios' producer S. Sashikanth took to his Twitter page to make an all important announcement regarding Tamizh Padam 2.0 saying a teaser is on its way and will be unveiled this Friday on June 1.

Actress Iswarya Menon is playing the female lead role in the film which has music by Kannan.
