The MCU, with the demise of 2 OG avengers in their Avengers: Endgame, left us all devastated. As the fourth Avengers' movie, sure it surpassed all the expectations that the fandom ever had and went on to become the top grossing film of all time at the worldwide box office, and broke several records with respect to its box-office. In the San Diego Comic Con, Kevin Feige, the president of Marvel Studios has announced the projects in the Phase IV of the MCU, with the recent release, Spiderman: Far From Home marking the end of Phase III.

To kick things off Kevin Feige announced Marvel Studios'  The Eternals, starring Richard Madden as Ikaris, Kumail Nanjiani as Kingo, Lauren Ridloff as Makkari, Brian Tyree Henry as Phastos, Salma Hayek as Ajak, Lia McHugh as Sprite, Don Lee as Gilgamesh, and Angelina Jolie as Thena. This flick will be directed by Chloé Zhao, will come to theaters November 6, 2020.

Followed by Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings, starring Simu Liu in the title role. Appearing alongside Liu will be Awkwafina and Tony Leung as the Mandarin and will be directed by Destin Daniel Cretton, releasing on February 12, 2021.

Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, starring Benedict Cumberbatch as Stephen Strange with Scott Derrickson returning as the director. Interestingly, Scarlet Witch, played by Elizabeth Olsen will be seen in the movie, which will be releasing on May 7, 2021.

Next up is Thor: Love and Thunder, which will mark the return of Natalie Portman to the MCU, and Taika Waititi reprising his role as the director. Natalie Portman would be joining stars Chris Hemsworth and Tessa Thompson, and her character, Jane Foster will become the Mighty Thor, goddess of Thunder, whom you can witness on the silver screens from November 5, 2021.

The last of the movies that was announced was the much anticipated/ demanded Black Widow, starring Scarlett Johansson reprising her MCU role. She will be joined by David Harbour as Alexei AKA The Red Guardian, Florence Pugh as Yelena, O-T Fagbenle as Mason, and Rachel Weisz as Melina. Cate Shortland is directing and the movie will come to theaters May 1, 2020.

The first show that shall be streamed exclusively on Disney+ is, Marvel Studios’ The Falcon and The Winter Soldier with Anthony Mackie and Sebastian Stan reprising their respective roles respectively, in fall of 2020.

Following that, WandaVision, an original series starring Elizabeth Olsen and Paul Bettany, reprising their MCU roles as Wanda Maximoff/Scarlet Witch and Vision. Kevin Feige introduced Teyonah Parris and revealed that she would be playing the adult Monica Rambeau, the kid introduced in Captain Marvel movie. The series will arrive on Disney+ in the spring of 2021.

Next up, you shall witness the God of Mischief himself, making his glorious appearance in the series, Loki, starring Tom Hiddleston, in the spring of 2021.

One of the new legacies that was introduced at the SDCC was What If…?, which will be the first animated series in the MCU. It will star Jeffrey Wright as the voice of The Watcher and many actors from across the MCU will reprise their roles as voice talent. Witness them exclusively arriving on Disney+ during the summer of 2021.

Now, last but not the least, it would be the series Hawkeye, starring Jeremy Renner, which will introduce Kate Bishop aka Hawkeye aka Lady Hawkeye. You can watch them on Disney+ in the fall of 2021.
