National Award-winning filmmaker Ram’s Peranbu with music by Yuvan Shankar Raja has tasted quite a lot of critical acclaim across the film festival circuit throughout the world with the film’s last big outing in January at the Rotterdam Film Festival where it went on to receive an outstanding response.
Fast forward few months later and this Mammootty and Anjali starrer has crossed yet another milestone after it has been announced that Peranbu will have its Asian Premiere today (June 16) at 21st Shanghai International Film Festival.
Producer P L Thenappan along with director Ram and Thangameenkal fame Sadhna, who has played a vital role in the film will be present today during the Shanghai festival premiere.
