Deepika Padukone became an icon at her young age unlike any of her contemporaries in Indian cinema in recent times and also carried that momentum forward last year when she made her Hollywood film debut in the action film, xXx: Return of Xander Cage.
Meanwhile, a fire had broken out at the top floor of Deepika Padukone’s residential complex, Beau Monde, at around 2PM today (June 13) afternoon with the 32nd and 33rd floors taking the most damage.
That being said, as many as 90 residents were evacuated by firefighters in quick time leaving nobody injured with Deepika Padukone later revealed to be shooting for a brand elsewhere.

Deepika Padukone too took to her Twitter page a short while back to inform her fans she was fine and praised all those involved in the rescue work.

The popular star was last seen in the highly controversial Bollywood film, Padmaavat, released earlier this year, which went on to land her critical acclaim for her performance.
