Music director G.V. Prakash's maiden production venture Madha Yaanai Kootam, a big budget entertainer with newcomer Kathir and Oviya in lead roles. Vikram Sukumar, who has earlier assisted Balu Mahendra and Vetrimaran, is the director. The film revolves around two big families and their lives in Theni. N.R. Raghunathan is the music director, Raghuk Dharman is the cinematographer and Kishore takes care of editing.
The music launch is likely to take place in September and the film will hit the screens in October.
