The upcoming action-war-film, Kesari, will see Akshay Kumar alongside Parineeti Chopra as the female lead and has been directed by Anurag Singh with the plot revolving around Havildar Ishar Singh, who leads the way in the Battle of Saragarhi in which an army of 21 Sikhs fought against 10,000 Afghans in 1897.
Kesari has been jointly produced by Dharma Productions, Cape of Good Films, Azure Entertainment and Zee Studios with Mir Sarwar, Vansh Bhardwaj, Jaspreet Singh, Vivek Saini among others in supporting roles and the film's official trailer released recently receiving a stunning response.
Now, Akshay Kumar, known among Tamil audiences as Pakshi Rajan from 'Superstar' Rajinikanth’s 2.0 has now unveiled the Kesari making video part 1 on his official Twitter handle with the statement saying, “Always the happiest when I’m in action and #Kesari kept me more than active!.” Check out the video below:
