After playing the role of Victor in Yennai Arindhaal, actor Arun Vijay is all set to us on an investigative ride. He will be seen as an investigative police officer in his upcoming venture, Kuttram 23, directed by Arivazhagan of Eeram fame. Earlier, it was announced that the film would release for this Pongal alongside Bairavaa. Due to unavailability of a large number of screens, they had postponed the movie's release.
