Post the tremendous success of her latest film, the Savitri biopic, Mahanati in Telugu and Nadigaiyar Thilagam in Tamil, actress Keerthy Suresh’s star status has skyrocketed to stunning heights.
Keerthy Suresh, who is at present filming her portions in Vijay’s upcoming film tentatively being called, Thalapathy 62, is said to be a contender to portray the former Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J. Jayalalithaa.
That being said, the actress, who recently visited Tirupati to offer her prayers at the temple was soon surrounded by press persons, who posed the question if she was indeed approached to play the actress turned politician.
Keerthy Suresh addressed the query and clarified once and for all saying she was not going to play the former CM in the upcoming biopic.
Meanwhile, the actress will also be seen in Saamy Square opposite ‘Chiyaan’ Vikram.
She also has to her lineup Vishal’s Sandakozhi 2 alongside Varalaxmi Sarathkumar.
