Director Karthik Subbaraj’s debut film Pizza took over the box office by storm. But, his second film Jigarthanda is facing several issues and has been postponed by two months. Karthik says that he did not foresee the problems in his second film.
After great struggle, the film was slated to release on July 25. But, producer Kathiresan postponed the release at the last minute without informing Siddharth and Karthik. Since, Siddharth has taken this issue on his social networking page, the issue has taken an ugly turn.
However, the director considers this as a learning experience. He has decided to sort out the certification and other issues right from the beginning.
