A film that wrapped up production in quick time this year was the upcoming Karthi starrer, Kadai Kutty Singam, directed by Pandiraj under Suriya’s 2D Entertainment banner.
With music by D. Imman, the film has already secured lucrative deals with Vijay TV for its satellite rights and with Amazon Prime for the digital rights.

At present, post-production is taking place with latest reports suggesting the makers planning to release Kadai Kutty Singam sometime in July.
The film has a big cast starting with veteran actor Sathyaraj playing Karthi’s father.
As for the female leads, the film marks actress Priya Bhavani Shankar’s first role alongside a big star as Karthi.
Furthermore, actress Sayyeshaa, who impressed audiences with her splendid dance moves in last year’s Vanamagan also has been cast as another heroine.
