Announced last year, this has been a dream film fans have been wanting to see for many years now.


When it was announced last year that Indian 2, the sequel to the 1996 blockbuster Indian was indeed happening with Kamal Haasan and director Shankar teaming up once again, the excitement shot to the roof.


Since the announcement, not much has been known regarding the project. However, that has now changed as per latest reports.


According to reports, it is said that reputed concept artist Vishwanath Sundaram been roped in to be part of Indian 2.


It must be noted that has also contributed on Shankar’s ongoing film, 2.0, billed as Asia’s costliest film till date, which stars Rajinikanth, Akshay Kumar and Amy Jackson.


As of now, we know Shankar will want to begin Indian 2 after 2.0 hits screens and we can likely expect the film to come out sometime in 2019.
