One of the few TV shows that has captured the imagination of the entire nation, Bigg Boss, first went live on air in Hindi and has enjoyed a successful run for 12 seasons till date. With the hit reality TV show going on to become a massive success in Hindi, it was only a matter of time that it would be made in other regional languages including Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, and Malayalam. The response for Telugu too has been nothing short of exceptional in the first two seasons of Bigg Boss, which were hosted by Jr. NTR and then Nani. With the third season of the show all set to go on air soon, there have been reports stating popular actress Sobhita Dhulipala was a probable candidate to enter the Bigg Boss house in Telugu for which she took to Twitter to outright deny the reports that were being circulated in the media and across social networking forums.

Sobhita Dhulipala made her acting debut in Anurag Kashyap's critically acclaimed thriller film, Raman Raghav 2.0, starring Nawazuddin Siddiqui and followed it up with commendable performances in Saif Ali Khan’s Chef and last year’s black comedy, Kaalakaandi. She has since gone on to appear in the Telugu spy film, Goodachari. She also made heads turn in the hit web series, Made in Heaven and was also roped in for the second season of the hit show, Sacred Games, on Netflix.
