Hip-hop Tamizha's acting career started on a super high with the blockbuster success of Meesaya Murukku that was also directed by him. The film's success lead to the producer Sundar C teaming up with Adhi once again for his second film, Natpe Thunai. This youthful entertainer is in the final stages of post-production and is gearing up to hit the screens by the end of March or early April.

Meanwhile, even before the release of the film, Adhi has started to shoot for his third outing as an actor, which is said to be a black comedy drama. Looks like Adhi is trying his hands in a new genre as his first two films have been youthful romantic entertainers. 'Tamizh Padam 2' fame Iswarya Menon is signed as the female lead, as the love interest of Adhi.

We hear from our close sources that this film is directed by debutante S Raana, who is an associate of ace director Shankar. Raana worked in Rajinikanth's science fiction thriller 2.0 and is now all set to make his debut in Kollywood as a director. He is quite known in the short film circle for his works such as Kurangu, Repellency, and Kekka Bekka.

Hip-hop Tamizha is said to score the music as well, while other details on this project are yet to be known. On the musical front, Adhi-Jeeva duo was recently signed for Jayam Ravi's untitled 24th film, directed by debutant Pradeep Ranganathan.
