The MeToo movement has garnered massive support for well over a year after celebrities and common folk from both genders started narrating their experiences in the form of sexual abuse and harassment they have faced in their lives.
Now, another actress, Anurupa Chakroborty hailing from Bengal has divulged details on the shocking experience she had undergone in the hands of a director named Pavel, who is primarily known for his critically-acclaimed films namely Babar Naam Gandhiji (2015) and Rosogolla (2018).
Anurupa took to her Facebook page to reveal that Pavel had called her up for an audition and started misbehaving with her while in privacy. Check out her statement below:
Pavel, in his statement, has gone on to deny the allegations made by Anurupa Chakroborty saying he has worked with many women in his career and will step forward to prove he is a gentleman who follows a professional etiquette.
