Gorilla is a heist comedy, featuring Jiiva and the Arjun Reddy fame Shalini Pandey as the lady lead. The movie is written and directed by Mahabalipuram fame, Don Sandy, bankrolled by All in pictures. The music of the movie is scored by Vikram Vedha fame Sam.C.S and Ruben will be editing the movie. Gorilla features Yogi Babu, Radha Ravi, Sathish, Rajendran and Vivek Prasanna in pivotal roles. Gorilla is the first Indian movie to feature a real chimpanzee in a pivotal role. On 31st march, Dhanush released the trailer of this movie and it seemed super fun. The movie is also releasing in Telugu on the same day, June 21. Apart from Gorilla, Jiiva also has Gypsy lined up for release, directed by Raju Murugan.
