Geeta Arts plans video game starring Ram Charan Teja

Allu Arvind’s Geeta Arts from Tollywood was the first to enter the gaming sector of the entertainment industry with Jalsa, based on Pawan Kalyan’s summer blockbuster film of the same name. Now, Geeta Arts is all set to launch its second gaming project venture with Chiranjeevi’s son Ram Charan Teja in the lead.

Insiders say that a particular scene in the Ram Charan starrer (where the hero in a warrior’s costume fights the forces of evil singlehandedly with a sword) has inspired the gaming project.

The production house has planned this as a promotional gimmick and doesn’t plan to levy any downloading charge. For Jalsa, the downloading charge was Rs. 50. Allu Arvind has also planned several merchandising activities based on the electronic game.

The film, on which the game is based, is being directed by S.S. Rajamouli and will be released by next March.
