The multi-talented Simbu is no doubt on a roll these days by managing to cement a position in everybody’s minds and hearts after his fiery speech over the Cauvery issue recently.
On the professional front, STR had wrapped up filming his portions for ace filmmaker Mani Ratnam’s upcoming multi-starrer, Chekka Chivantha Vaanam.
He is also attached to the Oviya starrer, 90ML, as a composer having churned out the smash hit, "Marana Matta" song.
Meanwhile, joyous times await Simbu’s fans in the days ahead as the actor has been announced to be attached to four consecutive back-to-back projects.
This is unprecedented for Simbu, who usually works on one film altogether before progressing to the next.
First up, STR will next be working in STR 34 with Vijaya Productions; the banner behind Ajith’s Veeram and Vijay’s Bairavaa.
Next, the Achcham Yenbadhu Madamaiyada star will return to direction after a decade in STR 35 after he last helmed Vallavan in 2006.
STR 36 will see Simbu once again join hands with director Gautham Menon for the third time with the film titled Vinnai Thaandi Varuvein aka. VTV 2 under the Lyca productions banner.
Finally, the swashbuckling star will team up with producer Kalaipuli S. Thanu for STR 37 after the last time they worked in Thotta Jaya.
Good times are definitely ahead for Simbu and his fans!
