A highly anticipated film, Muni 4: Kanchana 3, being jointly produced by Sun Pictures and Raghava Lawrence’s Raghavendra Productions is gearing for a release in Tamil and Telugu on April 18 under the choreographer turned actor’s direction.
The fourth film in the blockbuster Muni franchise, Kanchana 3 includes Raghava Lawrence, Oviya and Vedhika in lead roles followed by Nikki Tamboli, Kovai Sarala, Kabir Duhan Singh, Manobala, Sriman, Devadarshini among others in supporting roles with music by S. Thaman and will be laden with heavy CG work.
Meanwhile, sources close to us have now revealed that the final schedule of filming on Kanchana 3 is currently taking place at a location near Saveetha Engineering College at Chennai. A massive Kali statue has been erected for a song in an open ground with shoot taking place over the past 2 days.
It has further been revealed that the climax shoot is progressing at the location with the song said to be a pacy one and will also include an action-packed montage fight. Raghava Lawrence will be taking on over 100 rowdies at the same time with the sequence being shot with nearly 100 bodybuilders and fight masters, and is expected to be wrapped up in the next couple of days.
