The controversial Dhanush's paternity case came to an end last April after the Madras High Court dismissed the petition filed by the couple Kathiresan and Meenakshi claiming that Dhanush was their son who ran away from a hostel when he was in Class 11. As Dhanush got the verdict in his favor there was a shy of relief from his family members.
And now as a turn of events, the couple, Kathiresan and Meenakshi have filed another case stating that Dhanush had provided wrong identification certificates (Birth Certificate) during the trial of the case and turned the case his favor. Following the new petition, the Madurai District Court has summoned Dhanush to appear at the court on February 13 and prove that the provided evidences are legit.
Dhanush is yet to respond to the summon and an official statement is expected to be made.
