One of the most successful partnerships in the Tamil film industry and Indian cinema, National Award winners Dhanush and Vetrimaaran have delivered hit films each they time have collaborated.
Post the critical and commercial success of the first installment of the Vada Chennai trilogy last year, it was announced not long back that Dhanush and Vetrimaaran would be joining hands once again for their next film titled Asuran with music by G. V. Prakash, which will be produced under Kalaipuli S. Thanu's V Creations banner.
That said, Dhanush has now officially revealed that acclaimed Malayalam actress Manju Warrier will be playing the female lead in Asuran, which also incidentally marks her debut in Tamil cinema.
