National Award-winning actor 'Chiyaan' Vikram tasted big commercial success at the start of this year with his action thriller film, Sketch.
The film was special for Vikram for one other reason as the star had sung the soulful "Kanave Kanave" song, which went on to become a rousing success among fans.
Having said that, the dashing star will next be seen in the action film, Saamy Square, being directed by Hari under the Thameens Films banner with music by Devi Sri Prasad.
Starring Keerthy Suresh as the female lead, latest reports now suggest Devi Sri Prasad has plans to make Vikram sing a song in Saamy Square.
It must be noted Vikram had previously sung four songs composed by Devi Sri Prasad in the 2009 hit film, Kanthaswamy.
Set 29 years in the future from the events of Saamy, the upcoming sequel stars Bobby Simha, John Vijay and OAK Sundar as the antagonists and sons of Kota Srinivasa Rao.
The motion poster for Saamy Square released recently has turned out to be a huge hit among fans with all eyes set on the film’s trailer coming out tomorrow (May 26).
