The Madras High Court has allowed Nadigar Sangam's ex-members Sarath Kumar and Radha Ravi to challenge their suspension. The expulsion decision was taken at the general body meeting that took place last week after alleged mismanagement of funds. The court has directed them to file fresh petition regarding the suspension.
