Actor Karunakaran better known for his roles in Jigarthanda, Pizza, Iraivi and few more to add on, has caught on recent controversy. His recent film Podhu Nalan Karuthi released last week with Dhillukku Dhuddu2, his movie directed by Siyon and bankrolled by AVR Films.
Recently, the director and producer has reportedly filed a complaint against the actor stating he has threatened to murder them, when questioned about his absence in the audio launch and promotional events. They also released an audio proof as evidence, in which the actor is abusing the director and producer.
That said, Karunakaran released a press note to deny the allegations made on him. He also stated, the team has informed him about the audio launch at the last minute and prior to his commitments he was not able to attend the event. He also clarified, no actor would like to haul the movie they acted and he wishes for the success of the movie.
