Post his Sketch, 'Chiyaan' Vikram has committed himself to working in four films this year.

The National Award-winning actor has been working on Gautham Menon’s action spy thriller, Dhruva Natchathiram for a while now with production expected to come to a close soon.

A while back, it was also announced that Vikram would be teaming up with Malayalam film Ennu Ninte Moideen fame, RS Vimal, for a film titled Mahavir Karna under a budget of Rs. 300 crores.

Meanwhile, one of the big projects Vikram has been part of is Saamy Square being helmed by Hari under Shibu Thameens’ Thameens Films banner featuring music by Devi Sri Prasad.

It has now been revealed the Saamy Square team will be heading to Rajasthan in the second week of March to can key sequences.

Actress Keerthy Suresh is playing the female lead this time in the sequel to the 2003 blockbuster, Saamy.

The same can be said about Vijay’s Mersal as few scenes in the "Aalaporaan Thamizhan" song were canned in Rajasthan.

With Saamy Square heading for its next leg of filming in the North Indian state, there are reports stating the film could likely come out this summer.
