All set for a grand release on September 27, Mani Ratnam’s multi-starrer, Chekka Chivantha Vaanam, jointly produced under the Madras Talkies and Lyca Productions banners with music by A. R. Rahman is highly awaited by fans everywhere.
CCV, which includes a highly talented ensemble star cast with names like STR, ‘Makkal Selvan’ Vijay Sethupathi, Arvind Swami, Arun Vijay, Jyothika, Aishwarya Rajesh, Aditi Rao Hydari, Prakash Raj, Dayana Erappa, Mansoor Ali Khan, Appani Sarath among others, the action crime drama has also been dubbed in Telugu under the title, Nawab.
With the second Chekka Chivantha Vaanam trailer announced to come out tomorrow (September 22), a new poster was unveiled, which laid emphasis on Vijay Sethupathi a lot more than the rest of the cast.
It must be noted another release date poster for CCV, which was out earlier this week too showed Vijay Sethupathi in a bigger light.
Despite featuring multiple stars, there had been no hint that Vijay Sethupathi will be having a prime role in the film in comparison to the others up until these said posters were launched this week.
Whether Vijay Sethupathi is the crux of CCV remains to be seen, which could possibly be suggested on a bigger level tomorrow when the second trailer hits online.
Furthermore, it needs to be seen if the rest of the cast members are associated to each other’s characters in the film as the second Chekka Chivantha Vaanam trailer poster shows all of them connected to one another hinting the story is bigger than one might have thought.
