Director ARK Saravanan made a solid start to his filmmaking career in Tamil cinema in 2017 with his Maragadha Naanayam, which went on to become a sleeper hit at the box office while also receiving tremendous critical praise.
Featuring Aadhi and Nikki Galrani as the lead stars, Maragadha Naanayam included an ensemble supporting cast with names like Anandraj, Munishkanth Ramadoss, Mime Gopi, Kaali Venkat and a host of other comedians.
Maragadha Naanayam went on to become a huge success for Axess Film Factory, which also had Nikki Galrani with a male voice leaving audiences in splits and was also dubbed in Telugu as Maragadhamani.
With two years passed since the release of Maragadha Naanayam, there has been talk regarding director ARK Saravanan’s next film with our sources now revealing he will doing a project under producer K. E. Gnanavelraja’s Studio Green banner.
Apparently, the Studio Green chief was mighty impressed by the story that was pitched to him by ARK Saravanan with the duo then traveling to Fiji Islands for a location recce. As of now, an official statement on the upcoming venture is expected to be made in the days ahead.
