Bhavani IPS in post production
Smile queen Sneha's bilingual film Bhavani IPS, simultaneously made in Telugu and Tamil by director Aarthi Kumar, has completed its entire shooting and is now in post production.
Bhavani IPS, a remake of lady superstar Vijayashanthi's cop movie Vyjayanthi IPS (1990) which fetched her the National Award for the Best Actress, presents Sneha in the role of a trigger-happy cop called Bhavani who takes on three villains: Kota Srinivasa Rao, Sampat Raj and Manoj K. Jayan.
Though rumours�say that Sneha's look, mannerisms and costumes in Bhavani IPS are just clones of Vijayashanthi in Vyjayanthi IPS, it is heard that Sneha has taken extra care not to imitate Vijayashanthi’s mannerisms. Sneha has reportedly performed daredevil bike racing for chase scenes in this film.
Also in the cast are Ilavarasu, Brahmanandam, Ponnambalam, Aryan, Manobala, Raj Kapur, Delhi Ganesh, Vivek and others. Music is by Dhina. The screenplay and dialogue are handled by the director himself. S.K. Bhupathi is the cinematographer. Produced by Kitcha and Shahul Ameed, Bhavani IPS will be distributed by Shri Movie Makers.
