Bhanupriya returns to Malayalam
South Indian actress Bhanupriya, who was last seen in Malayalam in Hridaythil Sookshikkan (2005), is back.
The actress, who is currently working in a Telugu film Devathalu and a few TV serials in Tamil, will play a prominent role in Kattu Paranja Katha, being scripted and directed by Shyam Gopal under the banner of Evergreen Film makers.
According to sources, Kattu Paranja Katha is a love story set in the backdrop of a remote village and its ordinary people. The film has a bunch of newcomers in the cast, including Faizal Hamza, Jubil Raj, and Swastika.
Also in the cast are Sukumari, Pashupathy, Kochupreman, Mala Aravindan, Indrans, Kulapulli Leela and Geetha Vijayan. Ayyappan Attingal debuts as cinematographer. The film will be shot in and around Nagercoil and Peerumedu from the second week of June. Pradeep Emily is the editor while Biju Vijay handles the art department.
