Undoubtedly, one of the hottest films of the year, Mani Ratnam’s multi-starrer, Chekka Chivantha Vaanam, has been progressing at a brisk pace for a while now in its production.
Jointly being produced by Madras Talkies and Lyca Productions featuring music by A. R. Rahman, Chekka Chivantha Vaanam is also titled in Telugu as Nawab.
Meanwhile, actor Arvind Swami was the first star in the film to wrap up his portions few days back.

Following him, actress Aishwarya Rajesh informed her fans yesterday that she had finished filming her portions too.

The remaining stars around whom the film needs to be shot include actor Simbu.
'Makkal Selvan' Vijay Sethupathi too is filming his part for the film now.
Actress Jyothika, who reportedly plays Arvind Swami’s wife in the film also has scenes that need to shot.
Kaatru Veliyidai actress Aditi Rao Hydari is also expected to conclude her part in the film in the coming days.
