When the words come out of an experienced and proven personality from the film industry, it always have the most meaningful perspective to it.

AR Rahman has been part of some of the biggest ventures in India but Baahubali is not one of them. However, the music director speaking at the Cannes film festival clarified that a lot of movies have been experimented before this grand success.

“Kochadaiyyan could have easily be the Tamil Baahubali people would have loved but the film’s graphics let it down. A similar project named Baani was proposed in Hindi but SS Rajamouli has achieved it. Best of luck to the team,” said AR Rahman.

Sangamithra is a similar historical epic for which ARR composes the music.
