AR Rahman's concert is an event that undoubtedly has an immense ability to pull the crowd of all age groups and no matter the language, fans all over our country would rush in. The concert will be held at YMCA, Nandanam as per the ritual. For the concert happening on August 11th, Lydian Nadhaswaram, who made India proud by winning on the talent show, The World's Best will be handling the piano. Lydian Nadhaswaram is also a student of AR Rahman's KM College of Music and Technology.
It is a customary thing that AR Rahman will be featuring his students with every concert that is being held. The singers who will be performing this year are, Neeti Mohan, Haricharan, Benny Dayal, Jonita Gandhi, Sid Sriram, Swetha Mohan, ADK and Rajakumari. On the other hand, while Lydian Nadhaswaram is on the keys, Ranjit Barot will be playing the drums.
The concert will usually feature medleys, jams, mash-ups et all. The amount of concerts AR Rahman is performing has been increasing over the years and his fans couldn't be happier.
