Angusam is directed by Manukannan and the star cast includes Skantha of Chaarulatha fame and Jayati Guha in the lead roles. Srikanth Deva has scored the music for the film. The film has been given U certificate by the Censor Board.
Angusam is a film that focuses on how RTI plays a major role in the society. The film has hit the theatres today and the director strongly feels that Angusam will be an eye-opener to the people. Manukannan further mentioned that a particular incident that happened in Trichy inspired him to come up with this story.
Touted to be a commercial entertainer, Angusam is jointly produced by Manushree Films International and Ashwin Studios.
